I am very pleased with the results of my web page and placement of my site on the web.  My property is well represented on the site.  Web Design by Knight looked at many of my competitors sites (and will still contact me occasionally) to see what they looked like and would send me to a separate site where those features showed me what they would look like on my page. It's all pretty cool.  I don't know much about web design/placement, I know that Web Design by Knight looks after mine for me and sends me notes about how I'm doing and what ideas could help increase web presence.  For instance, I could achieve better placement by having former guests post   comments, etc.  However, most of those things, I don't do.  My property is full from mid April-October and for most weekends and holidays through the rest of the year.  This is excellent for our area and the size of our house.  I am convinced it's because Web Design by Knight has worked with and for me.  I started with Web Design by Knight when I began my business--she's been a major player in my business development.

It's easy for me to change text (which I need to do now that the summer season has ended)--I simply email changes (photos and/or text) and the changes are made usually within the hour, but always within 24 hours.  Web Design by Knight updates my calendar for me.  Sometimes I have cancellations and Web Design by Knight will unpost dates for me, and then repost when the dates fill, sometimes the same day.  No complaints.

I am very pleased with my site and with Web Design by Knight.  I've been with Web Design by Knight for a long time--maybe 15 years.  I don't even think about how long, no reason, I won't change companies.  Web Design by Knight is easy to work with, innovative, efficient, cost effective, fun for me and profitable for my business.  My clients often comment on my great site, stating it's easy to find and to use.  What more could I ask for?
